TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The monthly fee is subject to the acceptance of a minimum contract of twelve (12) months;
• A discounted monthly fee is offered for every other connected party as defined in the Income Tax Act and/or separately VAT registered division within the Company, subject to a minimum contract of twelve (12) months for each such connected party or separately registered division;
• Other services include: Client meetings, Export reviews, Alternative Dispute Resolution, VAT return re-submission screening, Written opinions, Ruling applications, Contingent savings reviews and other VAT & Income Tax consulting services
